Standard delivery takes place within 24 hours in Italy and 72 hours in Europe, to be calculated from the moment the package leaves our warehouse (weekends and holidays excluded).
When the package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email in which you will find a link to click on and follow the delivery that takes place between 9.00 and 18.00, from Monday to Friday.

It is not possible to change the delivery method from standard to express. You can select the "express delivery" mode only at the time of the conclusion of the order and not subsequently.

You can modify it and contact the courier providing the tracking code to identify your shipment.
Where can I find the tracking number or the shipping number?
At the time of shipment we will send you an email containing the traceability link to track the order. By clicking on that link you will be able to view the shipping code or number.

If the order is delivered by Bartolini you will receive an SMS or an email with a code, BRTcode, with which you can access the "Manage left notice" section and change the shipping address
