Strip Credit card payment with 3D Secure

European regulations are changing to make online credit card payments more secure. For every order placed after September 14, you will be asked to authenticate your payment through the 3D Secure process, which will be customized according to the type of card you pay with (for example, Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check or American Express SafeKey ).

Almost all of them are active but in case of problems What should I do?

If you have not already done so, you must register your credit card for the 3D Secure service. Connect to your bank's website and visit the section dedicated to 3D Secure to find out the exact activation procedure.

If you have already registered your card for 3D Secure in the past or have already used this function for your purchases, you do not need to register again. However, some banks may have changed the activation process to offer an even better payment experience or introduced specific smartphone applications for 3D Secure. Contact your bank for more information.

To make your online payments simple and even safer, we recommend that you activate 3D Secure before your next online order.

What will change?

You may have already been asked to authenticate with 3D Secure when making your online payments. However, recent legislation introduces a new process that offers greater security and simpler means of authentication.
